Purrdoku Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Purrdoku mobile application ("Purrdoku", "the app", "we", "us") handles information when you play. Purrdoku is a casual logic-puzzle game intended for a general audience of all ages. We have designed the app to collect as little data as possible and to never collect personally identifiable information.

1. Summary

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any account sign-up.
We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII).
Your game progress is stored on your device and, optionally, synced to an anonymous cloud profile that is not linked to your real identity.
We show ads and use privacy-respecting analytics and crash reporting, with on-device consent controls described below.

2. Information We Process

3. Third-Party Services

Purrdoku relies on the following Google services. Each has its own privacy practices:

4. Ads, Consent & Children

Because Purrdoku is suitable for all ages, we take a conservative approach to advertising:

On first launch we present a neutral age screen. If you are under the applicable age of consent, or you decline personalized ads, the app requests non-personalized ads only and applies child- and family-safe ad tags.
In regions that require it (such as the EEA and UK), we present a Google-certified consent prompt (User Messaging Platform) before any personalized advertising or analytics collection begins.
All ad content is restricted to a general-audience ("G") maximum content rating.
Analytics collection is disabled by default and only enabled after the consent and age checks resolve.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Game data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Your anonymous cloud save and leaderboard entry remain associated with your anonymous ID until you request deletion. To delete your cloud data, contact us at the address below and we will remove the anonymous record.

6. Security

Cloud data is protected by strict server-side security rules that allow you to read and write only your own records, and by Firebase App Check, which rejects traffic that does not originate from a genuine, untampered instance of the app.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
